As the UK’s largest office furniture manufacturer, The Senator Group are constantly innovating. They were looking to further develop their internal and customer-facing technology to help optimise processes and further engage with their dealer network throughout the UK and across the globe.

The Partnership

Red-Fern were honoured to be chosen as The Senator Group’s technology partner. To help deliver a digital strategy for one of their three brands, Torasen, was extremely exciting for us.

Initial discussions centred around developing a bespoke system to bring their existing paper-based process online for their extensive dealer network. Plus, create an optimised digital process and increase engagement, enquiries, sales, data insights and product promotion.

The Outcome

Through Red-Fern’s robust and rigorous discovery and strategy process, the initial requirements that The Senator Group thought the business required was detailed in our world-class ‘Discovery Document’.
Detailing the expectations of the business, system features, users and a clear road-map on how the partnership would work to achieve a world-class system.

A two month technical audit and detailed discovery sessions chaired by the Red-Fern senior team, we worked alongside the internal marketing, sales and technical teams to develop the project strategy.
Our ‘Discovery Document’ identified the business and systems the business thought they required could actually be slimmed down, delivering a large cost saving.
